Rare is the person who has it all! Geri Cook-Lenahan is without a doubt a realtor who not only has it all, she also does it all. For example, I recently moved to another state leaving my yet to be purchased home with Geri. One night, through an act of vandalism I had a serious water leak on my first level, which was not discovered for 12 hours. When Geri was notified, she called an outstanding emergency restoration company and stayed at my house until all emergency action was in place.

On another note, Geri has a reputation for providing fantastic food at her open houses. People wander through the properties happily munching and asking meaningful questions. I’m convinced good food may just produce a good home purchase!

Geri Cook Lenahan is the best Real Estate agent I have ever known or heard about.  She excels them all.  Geri is  exceedingly experienced, skilled, knowledgeable, honest and an expert in the field of Real Estate.  I have recommended her consistently to friends and know of many she has helped  to buy and sell homes. I had one situation where we had put down deposits of $16,000 each on 2 side by side lots where 2 homes were to be built.  We went over the  plans for 2 homes and were all set to move ahead.  We were not in a hurry, but days, weeks and months passed with the Builder doing nothing.  10 months later the Builder had not even started the project.  We could see something was terribly wrong and decided to withdraw but he was NOT going to give us back the $32,000 deposit.  He was going to keep it for himself.  Geri stepped in, had a very strong conversation with the Builder on our behalf and she walked out of his office with the deposit money for us.  She steps up, whatever the issue and takes the side of what is right on behalf of her buyers and sellers.

I’ve seen her give herself night and day to help her people.  For years now I have seen Geri go the extra mile for her clients.  What other realtor makes sure her homeowners have protection during a coming freeze?  She delivers faucet freeze protectors to those who need them and might not think of it.  I’ve often seen her in the bitter cold putting freeze protectors on the homes of others herself.

Geri Cook Lenahan has a heart of gold, the tenderness of a Lamb and the strength of a Lion.  She is by far the best Real Estate agent you will ever find.  She’s more than 5 stars, she deserves at least 100.   (that  way it leaves room for even MORE stars!!)

I have had the privilege of working with Geri twice while living in Frisco, once when purchasing a home and once when selling my home.  Enlisting Geri to sell my home was an easy choice since I had found her so incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and energetic when searching for my home. And to top it off, she is fun, lively and oh so smart.  I would have fallen completely apart without her presence when selling.  I had made the unfortunate decision to pack my own furnishings.  It was overwhelming and so she stepped in to actually do some of the packing herself.  Who else would have done this?  It certainly had never happened to me before in all my moves.  She handled finding the right persons for many of the repairs required. She patiently walked me through every step of the paperwork and supplied a large storage folder for all the documents I could ever need.  She made my stressful scene manageable and even fun at times.  I consider her a true friend and encourager and always my advocate.  I tried to coax her into selling me my next home in California.  You Texans are so very fortunate to have her to handle one of life’s most stressful situations.
